Got Questions?
When & how should I use the dream mist?
Spray liberally into the air & on your linens in the evening as part of your nightly ritual. While this is not a sleep aid, it can be used alongside your other relaxing habits to get you in the mindset for falling asleep—just like putting away your phone and dimming the lights. This mist can be used in conjunction with mindbodygreen’s sleep support+.
In addition to creating a restful atmosphere, you can use it throughout the day to give yourself a moment of pause. Spray it into the air prior to meditation. Spritz your bathroom with it in the evenings to create a serene and spa-like setting. The uses are endless.
Not for use on the body (i.e. as a fragrance). May stain some fabrics, especially those that water spot. Always test a small area first.
What is the stability & shelf-life of this product?
We have gone through rigorous stability testing to ensure a shelf-life for up to two years. Every single one of our products has gone through testing in the following areas: physical and chemical testing, packaging stability, accelerated aging, and microbial testing. We did not move forward with any formula until it was able to pass all four of these tests.

And did we mention that our formulas are made in a plant powered by 100% wind energy?
What is the full ingredient list?
Water, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Tilia Cordata Oil, Glycerin, Polyglyceryl-10 Oleate, Sodium Benzoate, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Santalum Album (Sandalwood) Oil, Linalool, Potassium Sorbate, Benzyl Alcohol, Citric Acid
What are the additional ingredients on this, outside of the essential oils?
All essential oils must be diluted prior to use. For topical use, this is typically done with carrier oils. For room sprays, water and glycerin are the most commonly used options. However, under normal circumstances water and oil do not mix. So solubilizers and emulsifiers must be used so the blend does not separate. In our formula we use three commonly used options for natural formulas. The first is Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, which is a biodegradable Ecocert non-ionic solubilizer that is mild enough for sensitive skin. And then Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate and Polyglyceryl-10 Oleate are naturally derived options commonly used for EO blends.
Additionally, because it is an aqueous based-blend a preservation system must be used to ensure stable shelf-life, as well as inhibit microbial contamination. For this formula we use sodium benzoate, citric acid, and potassium sorbate. These are very common preservatives in natural formulas.
In the spirit of transparency and in accordance with new state laws across the U.S., we have also listed the essential oils’ natural compounds, which include linalool and benzyl alcohol.
Do you have a free-from list or "no" list
Our formulas are free from parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, petrochemicals, formaldehyde & formaldehyde releasers, silicones, BHA, BHT & over 1,000 other ingredients regulated by the European Union.

Making sure people prioritize their sleep and improve their sleeping habits is one of my priority missions at mindbodygreen. We made this pillow mist — a sophisticated blend of soothing botanicals — to help create an atmosphere for restorative rest. I use it as part of my holistic wind-down ritual.
I've tried a lot & this one smells the dreamiest
Emma Loewe
I've tested a lot of linen sprays in my day, and I can confidently say that this one smells the dreamiest. The addition of sandalwood, Roman chamomile, and linden blossom to the traditional lavender makes the scent much more dynamic and luxurious. It hits the perfect relaxing note for bedtime, and it doesn't give me the sneezes or sniffles as most synthetic sprays do.
A relaxing and cleansing scent.
Debbie Kung, DAOM, LAc
I’ve used this spray in my treatment rooms and all my patients love the relaxing and cleansing scent. I spray the room in between patients and when I’m using an organic eye mask on them. Bringing in the scent helps enhance their healing experience.
