    Love the magnesium! Mixed berry flavor is delicious. Helps me rest and relax and have noticed an improvement in sleep if I take it before bedtime. Will definitely order more!

    A little description booklet on all the products and tells you what each one helps with would have been nice.

    Surprised how perfectly packed it was - after two days I noticed I felt good after two weeks I forgot to take it for 2 days again I noticed a lower feeling of wellness - I like it nothing fancy no gimics love it
