I use both the chocolate collagen and the unflavored. I put the unflavored in my ginger tea when it’s cold out, and otherwise I mix the chocolate with almond milk or water.

When I’m craving something a little sweet but don’t want too much sugar, it’s perfect. Usually after dinner or first thing in the morning, I shake the chocolate collagen in a mason jar of just plain water, and I think it’s perfectly tasty like that. I definitely notice the difference in my hair and nails. My nails are stronger and my hair seems thicker and shinier. I don’t think I have been eating as well during the pandemic, so it is nice to have that extra nutrient boost. I think it has been good for my gut, too. When I feel like I need something to eat and I’m not exactly hungry but just feel like my body needs a little something, I pound down some collagen and it’s all good.
