How does creatine tone+ improve body composition?

Body composition is the balance between lean mass (like muscle) and body fat. Supporting it means building and maintaining strong, functional muscle while also creating an internal environment that supports healthy fat regulation. creatine tone+ helps you do both.*

Creatine helps you build muscle*

Creatine increases your muscles’ stored energy, which helps you work harder during exercise and recover more effectively afterward. That extra strength and stamina translate into more lean muscle (and strength). Over time, this added muscle does support healthier, more efficient metabolism. But creatine (even when paired with strength training) primarily addresses the muscle side of the body composition equation.* That’s why we paired it with CQR-300® veld grape in this formula.

CQR-300® targets weight & body fat*

This clinically researched ingredient has been shown to support healthy body weight, reduce body fat, and help maintain a balanced waist-to-hip ratio. How? It helps your body use fuel more effectively while supporting healthy appetite and cravings.* Together with creatine’s muscle-building strength, CQR-300® helps you reshape your body composition.*

    Works & taste great

I was surprised how much I like the taste - most products like this lack taste or has an after taste that isn't good. I put this in my smoothie and it blends well. I can tell the difference already in just a couple weeks.

I will continue to use to see even more improvement.
