I don't ever do reviews but this absolutely warrants one!! Loving the brain health and lean muscle I'm getting from taking this extrusion. I've noticed my brain function and brain fog has really improved. I feel so mush better. Looking forward to using this for many years to come!!

Been using Creatine+ for over a month now, on a pretty much monthly basis. I add it to my first cup of coffee everyday, almost no hint that it is even there and dissolves perfectly. The biggest thing I have noticed is the absence of brain fog! Which is honestly fantastic. Perimenopause was hitting me really hard, and the biggest thing that was affecting me was brain fog. So this is fantastic!

I have been taking this supplement with my morning coffee every day for the last 2 months. A few weeks ago I realized the brain fog that was becoming “normal” was gone. That alone is worth it! Have even noticed that my nails, which are normally quite brittle and split are noticeably better!

Wow! I noticed very quickly that I was able to focus my brain better and had better memory recall.

I’ve tried a few different creatines and this one is the gentlest on my tummy and definitely works! My brain health is better and my body is way more toned. I also feel like my recovery is quicker. I mix it in my water bottle in the morning and it dissolves nicely. My 52 year old body and brain love it!

I don’t have rigorous exercise activity on a regular basis, but I do alot of walking. I began adding this to a plant-based protein powder, and I immediately felt the difference in my strength when I needed to mow the lawn or carry boxes and even open jars. It wasn’t a struggle and I didn’t feel muscle soreness with extensive physical activity. I also feel more focus, I haven’t experienced brain fog since I began adding this to my routine.

Originally, I bought Creatine packets for my Mom to help with her cognition. I ended up giving some to my step dad and I use them now. It helps with maintaining muscle mass and improved cognition.Also, no measuring and spilling all over the counter. Open the packet and put in your drink and you’re done. It’s tasteless. I love it!

I really feel like I am remembering things better after 4 months of using this. I don’t have to wrack my brain trying to think of word anymore!

I first noticed greater clarity of mind. Second I am a life long lifter completive powerlifter. I do not get bloat from using this product, and as an added bonus I have a bit extra push in my workouts. I started this product as a 47 year old female wanting some assistance in these two areas and this product has not disappointed!
