A Great Coffee Add In
I use this every morning in my coffee and do think it is helping my overall health and well being. For the people at Mindbodygreen, I love and trust your products. Beauty and Gut powder
Using the unflavored powder over the last year. I put it in my smoothies every morning. I never have an issue with the taste as others do. I researched many powders with collagen and found this brand to have everything I wanted in a product looking to add collagen to my program. I am crazy about researching before I do or take anything. Are there benefits? Hard to say what is NOT happening. I sleep 8 hours every night, I eat anything and tolerate it, my skin has improved over the last 3 years and my hair and nails are the best ever. Is it just this product? Probably not but it adds all the supplements I want in a way that fits into my beauty and health routine.
