    veggies+ gives me an extra boost of morning energy

    I could not be more excited about organic veggies+ and felt compelled to write a review! I have been adding this powder into my morning smoothies over the last few weeks and the positive effects have been almost immediate! I've always struggled to get enough leafy greens in my diet, so adding organic veggies+ into my banana, strawberry, blueberry and yogurt smoothie has been an awesome way to round out my breakfast. It tastes great and it feels like I have an extra step of energy in the morning whether I'm heading off to the gym or going straight to the office! As a result, inflammation is down and so is my caffeine intake which has helped reduce stress/anxiety.

    I noticed lower inflammation levels, puffiness, and bloating

    I have pretty significant fluctuations in my blood sugar levels, which often results in jitters and dizziness. I often find that despite a conscious effort to keep my levels balanced through my diet, I still experience these fluctuations. However, there was a noticeable difference in how minimal my fluctuations were while taking organic veggies+. I felt I didn't need to worry about the jitters and did not experience the normal dizziness I'm used to. Additionally, I naturally have pretty high inflammation levels and water retention. While taking organic veggies+, my inflammation was lower than usual and I noticed a decrease in the puffiness and bloating.
