Quick results for skin
Although the site says the skin benefit really kicks in at a month, I noticed my crepey skin improving immediately. the skin went from having sharp creases to having fuller rounder creases. We 'll see how it looks in a month - but already it just looks and feels more supple and healthy. My hair also feels healthier. Hard to explain but so far so good.

Disappointed…
This may be an excellent formulation of ingredients, but it does not mix in well with liquids. The prescribed dosage is actually quite large, which doesn’t help. And it has a bit of an aftertaste. I probably won’t order again. I have to say I’m disappointed.
