I use both the chocolate collagen and the unflavored. I put the unflavored in my ginger tea when it’s cold out, and otherwise I mix the chocolate with almond milk or water. When I’m craving something a little sweet but don’t want too much sugar, it’s perfect. Usually after dinner or first thing in the morning, I shake the chocolate collagen in a mason jar of just plain water, and I think it’s perfectly tasty like that. I definitely notice the difference in my hair and nails. My nails are stronger and my hair seems thicker and shinier. I don’t think I have been eating as well during the pandemic, so it is nice to have that extra nutrient boost. I think it has been good for my gut, too. When I feel like I need something to eat and I’m not exactly hungry but just feel like my body needs a little something, I pound down some collagen and it’s all good. Easy to add into recipes!
It’s great because it's so easy to incorporate into my day and routine. I have loved making my morning smoothie with the mbg’s collagen, and even made healthy fiber waffles with it too! I have noticed the biggest difference in my skin--the texture has improved dramatically and it feels super hydrated and plump. I have also noticed my hair feeling softer (even my husband noticed) and my nails are stronger. I love this product!

Mild breakouts but taste is great and quality is high
I've reviewed this product previously - mostly concerning the taste as I had only been taking it for a few weeks. While its not actually "flavorless" and is mildly clumpy(even in hot coffee), after having tried some other supplements - this and the cocoa flavor are both actually quite good!
I've started using the cocoa powder in coffee and I use the unflavored powder in yogurt. I usually have both every day so I do one scoop in coffee and one in yogurt. It has officially been a month of me taking this and I am definitely seeing results!
I've caught myself in the mirror recently early in the am and late at night during bathroom breaks(which used to be terrifying) and now my eyes aren't at all puffy and my lips and cheeks have a.....blush? to them. My skin is firm yet supple to the touch and my nails are stronger.
I was hoping this would do more for my knees as they tend to be sore after workouts but I'm holding out hope that that will be an improvement I see in a few months.
I love the high dose of vitamins C, E and Biotin. Even if the collagen itself isn't making a difference I imagine I'm still getting some serious boosts from the vitamins.
This also keeps me full for a while after consumption so it has got the added benefit of keeping my snacking and calorie count down.
So what's wrong with it? Why four stars?
It isn't vegan! While I can see and respect the claims to ethical and high quality sourcing, I am trying to get away from consuming animal products as much as…

Purity and transparency
I've been taking collagen for years (how many guys can say that??), mostly for gut health - and this is definitely my new favorite. From an ingredient standpoint, I haven't seen another collagen product that stands up to mindbodygreen's in terms of purity and transparency. I’ve been using the unflavored version and from a taste standpoint, I have absolutely nothing to say (read: that is a good thing).

Horrible taste
I have tried many collagens and am particular about them being grass-fed, and I was excited to try this one because it has turmeric & other beneficial ingredients. Even though I got the unflavored, it has a really bad almost metallic flavor that makes anything you put it in taste awful too. I use collagen in my coffee, but when I added this to coffee, it made my coffee taste like a rusted old metal door! Gross! I've tried it in baked goods, in smoothies, etc, but it just makes everything taste BAD! I wanted to like this but I will be going back to Further Food.
